must be installed on Windows Vista and Windows 7. Is already automatically installed on Windows 8 and Windows 10.
SQL Server 2016 (for 64-bit systems)

SQL Server 2014 (for 64-bit systems)
or
SQL Server 2014 (for 32-bit systems)
Should be installed to help RTmedes storing the gallery content to speed up subsequent launches.
VC2013 Runtime 64bit
or
VC2013 Runtime 32bit
Should be installed. Without this component, JPEG2000 compressed images cannot be displayed.
